Weatherproof horn speakers for announcements and music across a large outdoor area — the classic 'tannoy' for a carnival, sports day, show ground or car park. We hold eight, so a whole site can be covered from one amplifier.
Specifications
- 50 W weatherproof horn loudspeaker
- Adjustable mounting bracket for poles, posts and scaffold
- Long-throw horn pattern for outdoor coverage
What you get
- Clever Acoustics MH50 horn speaker(s) with bracket
- Amplifier, speaker cable and microphones available as a complete announcement system — tell us the layout
Worth knowing before you book
- Horns are built for clear speech over distance rather than full-range music; for a stage or dance floor, use our active speakers.
- Several horns spread around a site carry announcements further, and more evenly, than one loud speaker at the front.
- Tell us the site layout and cable distances and we'll work out how many horns and how much cable you need.
- For announcements we'd usually pair them with our Electro-Voice RE3 wireless handheld.
Ideal for
- Carnivals, fetes and show grounds
- School and club sports days
- Equestrian and agricultural events
- Car parks, queues and site-wide safety announcements
