The brief.
We were invited to provide full audio, lighting, staging and technical support for a three-day private celebration at Wilderness Reserve. The client wanted a luxury festival atmosphere across multiple locations on the estate — from the Orangery to the Cellar, the Fire Feast site and the Walled Garden.
Our team designed and delivered a complete technical package to meet band requirements, DJ rider specifications and ambient lighting needs, while ensuring seamless operation throughout the weekend.
Five spaces, one weekend.
- Multiple performance spaces with very different acoustics and layouts.
- Tight schedules with back-to-back entertainment — bands, DJs and immersive activities.
- Rider-specific requests for industry-standard Pioneer DJ equipment.
- Balancing high-impact lighting with the intimate, atmospheric nature of the venue.
- Continuous on-site technical support from setup to packdown.

- Pioneer CDJ-3000s & DJM-A9 for headline DJs.
- Pioneer Pro Audio subwoofers and professional PA for live bands.
- Distributed sound systems across multiple event spaces.
Lighting & Effects
- Festoon and IP67 LED lighting to enhance outdoor areas.
- Moving heads, uplighters and a giant motorised mirrorball for the Orangery.
- Show lasers and special effects in the Cellar for an underground club feel.
- Haze and flame machines to add atmosphere.
Staging & Structures
- 5m × 4m black stage.
- Truss structures for band lighting and special FX.
- Podiums and DJ booths tailored to performer requirements.
Crew & Support
- Full setup crew across multiple days.
- On-site engineer throughout the event.
- Packdown and de-rig handled immediately after event close.

Over the course of the weekend, Wilderness Reserve was transformed into a luxury private festival experience. Guests enjoyed live music, world-class DJs and immersive entertainment across beautifully lit spaces.
