03 · How it works
Hiring, in three steps.
If you have not hired equipment before, here is the short version.
Tell us what you need
Send your date, venue and what the event needs to do. If you are unsure, describe the room and the vibe — we will translate.
Quote and confirm
We come back with an itemised quote, usually the same working day. Once you are happy, a deposit secures the kit for your dates.
Collect or delivered
Pick up from our base near Diss, or we deliver, set up and run the event with you. Returns and de-rig handled the same way.
Not sure what you need?
That is normal — most clients are not. Send your date and venue and we will come back with a recommendation and a clear quote, usually within two working hours.
