Sound, lighting & event production in Ipswich.
Sound, lighting, LED screens and staging for conferences, shows, weddings and Waterfront events in Ipswich and across Suffolk, from our base 26 miles away.
Civic halls, showgrounds and the Waterfront.
Ipswich has a bit of everything: civic halls in the centre, hotels on the Waterfront, country houses on the edge of town and the county showground at Trinity Park. That range is why we specify each job from scratch rather than sending a standard package.
We're 26 miles away at Roydon, around 50 minutes down the A140. Delivery is priced by distance and set out in your quote.
From the Corn Exchange to a showground.
Conferences and awards
Clear speech in a large civic room, lectern and radio mics, screens sized for the back row, and a running order operated live from the desk.
Shows and brand spaces
Background music systems, PA for announcements and power for stands at shows and outdoor events, delivered inside the build window.
Weddings and Waterfront parties
Ceremony and speech mics, evening sound and uplighting for hotels, country houses and marquees, set up before your guests arrive.
We also provide stage hire, speaker hire, DJ equipment and uplighting, plus heater hire for marquees and outdoor areas, hearing loop hire for halls, churches and meetings, and Martyn’s Law comms for Ipswich venues and events.
Where we set up around Ipswich.
The main settings we plan for in and around the town:
- Ipswich Town Hall and the Corn Exchange, for conferences, awards evenings and larger productions in the centre.
- Trinity Park, home of the Suffolk Show, for shows, trade fairs and big corporate days.
- Hintlesham Hall, Seckford Hall near Woodbridge and the Salthouse Harbour Hotel on the Waterfront, for weddings, dinners and private events.
- Marquees, village halls and private homes across the Suffolk countryside.
A brand space at Latitude Festival.

Jacob's Creek brand space, Latitude Festival, Henham Park.
At Latitude Festival we installed a four-speaker background-music system for Jacob's Creek's 10m × 10m brand space at Henham Park. That meant accreditation, a health and safety induction, delivery inside the build window and a return visit once festival power went live.
Trinity Park shows and outdoor events around Ipswich work the same way: build windows, site rules and power you have to plan for. Read the case study or see festival and outdoor production.
Loading, showgrounds, power and noise.
Can you work to a showground build window?
Yes. Send us the organiser's build and breakdown times and site rules, and we'll plan the delivery, accreditation and crew around them.
Where do you load at town-centre and Waterfront venues?
At the venue's service entrance or loading point. Tell us about height barriers, lifts and parking restrictions, and we'll time the arrival to suit.
Will there be a noise limit?
Venues near homes often have one. Tell us the limit and the finish time and we'll set the system to sound full within it.
What if the venue has no power?
We'll check the supply, bring our own distribution and, where there's no mains, coordinate a generator for you.
How is delivery to Ipswich priced?
By distance from Roydon, shown in the quote before you book. Stage steps are free with every stage.
How fast is your quote?
Within one working day. Call 01379 450067 if the event is close.
