The shape of the night
It's a show, not a room with a PA in it.
The difference between an awards night that feels sharp and one that drags is almost entirely in the cues — and cues need to be written, rehearsed and operated by someone watching the room.
The cue sheet
Every category is a small sequence: the host's link, the nominee VT or slide, the envelope moment, the sting, the lighting change, the winner's walk-up music, then the photo. Multiply that by twenty and add a comedian.
We build the cue sheet from your running order, then rehearse it in the afternoon with your host so nobody is reading it cold.
Operating live
Awards nights never run exactly to script. A winner is in the toilets, a speech runs four minutes long, the host improvises a bit that lands. The operator has to follow the room, not the sheet.
One person on the show computer and lighting, one on audio, both watching the stage rather than their screens.
The bits that get noticed
Walk-up music that starts as the winner stands rather than after they arrive. A lighting state that changes on the announcement. Names on screen spelled correctly.

What does awards night production cost?
It scales with the room, the screen and the crew. A 150-guest awards dinner with staging, a modest LED wall, audio and a show operator sits well below a 400-guest ceremony with a larger wall and a full crew. Send the guest count, venue and running order and you will get an itemised quote back.
Do you write the cue sheet, or do we?
We build it from your running order and script, then send it back for you to check. You know the content; we know how many seconds a winner takes to reach the stage. It works best as a conversation.
Can you display sponsor logos and nominee content?
Yes — sponsor loops between categories, logos on holding screens, nominee slides or video packages per category, and winner names on screen. Send us the assets in advance and we will build and check them before the day.
Do you rehearse with the host?
Yes, and we would push hard for it. An afternoon rehearsal with whoever is presenting is the single biggest factor in whether the night feels sharp. It usually takes under an hour.
Can you provide a feed for our photographer or videographer?
Yes. We supply clean audio and vision feeds for recording, and we set stage lighting levels with photography in mind rather than just looking good to the naked eye.
