Access, power and timings.
Can you work around race days?
Yes. Tell us the date and venue and we'll confirm access and build times with the racecourse or venue team, so our van isn't competing with race-day traffic.
How do you power a party at a stud or private estate?
We look at the supply you have first. If it's enough, we run everything through our own distribution; if not, we can coordinate a generator for you, with cable routes kept away from walkways and animals.
Is noise a problem near stables?
It can be. Tell us where horses are stabled and your finish time, and we'll point the speakers away from them and keep levels to what the owner agrees.
Where does the van go?
At larger venues we follow their delivery route. On private land we agree the route with you before the day, from a site visit or photos.
