The area

Thetford sits about twenty miles west of us along the A1066 — near enough that a site visit before the build is realistic, and near enough that a late collection does not turn into an overnight.

How quickly can you get to Thetford?
We are about twenty miles away near Diss, so Thetford is well inside our standard delivery area. That closeness is practically useful: we can do a site visit beforehand where it matters, take an early load-in, and come back the same night to collect rather than leaving kit on site.
Do you supply village and community halls?
Yes, and it is a good share of the work here. We keep community rates straightforward, deliver and pre-tune the system, and show whoever is running the evening how it works. Repeat-hire arrangements are available for regular events.
Can you do outdoor events with no power on site?
Yes. We supply full power distribution — 16A, 32A and 63A distro with the cable runs to reach the stage — and can coordinate a generator as part of the build. For smaller ceremonies and pop-ups, battery-powered PA needs no mains at all.
Can we collect the equipment ourselves?
Yes. Dry hire from our base near Diss is a short run from Thetford, and everything goes out PAT tested, in cases or covers, with the correct cabling and a straightforward setup guide.
Do you work with schools?
Yes — productions, prizegivings, concerts and assemblies. DBS-checked crew can be arranged, and we supply certificates and risk assessments to your site manager on request. Mention it when you enquire so we can allocate accordingly.
How far in advance should we book?
For summer Saturdays and December, four to six months is sensible. Midweek and off-peak dates are frequently available at much shorter notice — it is always worth asking, even at a week's notice.
