Where do you park at the hall?
Usually in the hall car park, close to the main doors for loading. If it's shared with a school, pub or church, tell us and we'll time the load-in around it.
Will your kit trip the hall's power?
Halls often have only a few circuits, so we ask which sockets are on which circuit, spread the load and bring our own distribution. Bigger lighting rigs and outdoor events may need a dedicated supply or a generator, which we can coordinate for you.
