Chauvet Amhaze Eco Haze Machine

The Chauvet Professional Amhaze ECO is a water-based hazer that fills a room with a fine, even haze that makes light beams visible — the difference between moving heads that look like coloured dots and a stage that looks like a show. It warms up in seconds and runs all night on one tank.

Specifications

• Water-based haze; 30-second warm-up
• 3.5 L tank; uses about 7.5 ml of fluid per minute — more than 7.5 hours at full output
• 120 cfm fan
• DMX and RDM control (3 channels) or onboard knobs
• Seetronic Powerkon IP65 power input; 2,430 W at 230 V
• 11.4 kg; 403 × 310 × 256 mm

What you get

• Chauvet Amhaze ECO with power lead
• Haze fluid
• DMX cable if it's running from a lighting desk

Worth knowing before you book

• Haze can set off smoke detectors. Always check the venue's policy first — many will isolate the alarms for the event if asked in advance.
• It draws around 10.5 A, so give it its own socket rather than sharing a circuit with the sound system.
• A little haze goes a long way: on low output it hangs in the air without people noticing, but the beams still show.
• Pair it with our moving heads or laser for the full effect.

Ideal for

• Making moving heads, lasers and beams visible
• Band and DJ stages
• Theatre and dance shows
• Photo and video shoots
