Apple MacBook Air Presentation & Video Playback Laptop

A MacBook Air loaded with Keynote, PowerPoint and video playback software, with the adapters to feed our projectors, TVs and LED wall. Bring your slides on a memory stick and we'll take care of the rest.

Specifications

• Apple MacBook Air with Keynote, PowerPoint and video playback
• HDMI adapter and leads for projectors, TVs and LED wall
• Presenter remote available
• Charger included

What you get

• Apple MacBook Air, charged and updated
• HDMI adapter and lead
• Charger
• Presenter clicker, screens and projector available alongside

Worth knowing before you book

• The MacBook Air has no built-in HDMI port, so the adapter is part of the kit. Don't let it go home in someone's bag.
• Send slides and videos ahead of the day if you can. We'll open everything on the laptop and check fonts, embedded video and the 16:9 layout before the event.
• Slides built in PowerPoint on Windows sometimes reflow on a Mac. Exporting a PDF backup is a five-minute insurance policy.
• Video with sound? Tell us, and we'll run audio from the laptop into the PA rather than relying on the screen's speakers.
• For a stage with several presenters, one playback laptop at the tech desk is tidier than swapping laptops between speakers.

Ideal for

• Conference and awards presentations
• Video loops for exhibitions and art shows
• Wedding slideshows
• Playback laptop for our LED video wall
