Worth knowing before you book

• Download your playlists for offline listening before the day. Venue Wi-Fi and phone signal can't be relied on, and a streaming track that buffers mid-aisle is the one thing nobody forgets.
• Turn on Do Not Disturb and switch off crossfade or autoplay between tracks, so a ceremony track doesn't run straight into the next song.
• A cable into the mixer is far more reliable than Bluetooth for important moments. That's why we supply the leads.
• Keep it on charge at the mixer position — the stand and charger are there so it's never on the floor.
• Want someone else to press play? Ask about a technician for the ceremony and speeches.
