Antari S-500 Snow Machine

The Antari S-500 is a touring-class snow machine that produces a convincing artificial snowfall from water-based fluid. With a 20-litre tank and DMX control, it is built to keep snow falling through a whole show — the effect that makes Christmas events and winter weddings land.

Specifications

• 890 W, 230–240 V (powerCON input)
• 20 litre fluid tank; around 400 ml per minute at full output
• DMX-512 on 2 channels (snow volume and fan speed), 3-pin and 5-pin XLR
• On-board timer and volume modes, plus wired remote control
• Adjustable mounting bracket for surface or truss mounting
• 592 × 551 × 651 mm, 37.2 kg dry

What you get

• Antari S-500 with mains lead
• Antari snow fluid for the event, charged at cost
• DMX leads on request
• Delivery, rigging and operation available

Worth knowing before you book

• At full output the 20-litre tank lasts around 50 minutes, so most events run it in bursts or on the timer — tell us how long you want it snowing.
• Snow fluid is water-based and non-staining, but it does leave surfaces damp. Keep the fall area off dance floors, staircases and electrical equipment.
• It is a 37 kg machine. Truss or high mounting needs proper rigging and a safety bond, which we provide when we install it.
• Snow is best from above. Mount it high and let a gentle airflow carry the flakes down over the crowd or across a shop window.
• Outdoors it works well for switch-ons, but heavy wind breaks up the effect.

Ideal for

• Christmas events and light switch-ons
• Winter weddings and parties
• Theatre and pantomime
• Shopping centres and retail displays
