ADJ HydroBeam X2 IP65 Moving Beam

The ADJ Hydro Beam X2 is a fully IP65-rated moving beam — it can sit outdoors in the rain all weekend without a dome or cover, which is exactly what festivals and outdoor events need. A 3° beam from a 370 W discharge lamp cuts through haze and reads from a long way off.

• 3° beam angle
• Colour wheel with 11 colours plus 3200 K and 5600 K correction
• Rotating gobo wheel; 8-facet circular and 8-facet linear prisms; frost filter
• 540° pan, 270° tilt, 16-bit
• IP65 housing with IP65 locking power and 5-pin DMX in/out; 15 or 17 DMX channels
• 29 kg per fixture

What you get

• Hydro Beam X2 with IP-rated power and DMX cables
• Truss clamps, safety bonds, lighting desk, hazer and truss available alongside

Worth knowing before you book

• Two on the front of a stage or either side of a goalpost give the classic crossing-beam look.
• Beams only really show up in haze — outdoors that means a hazer upwind and a still evening; indoors, add our Antari Z-350.
• A moving head needs a DMX desk to do anything interesting. Use one of our ChamSys consoles, or MaestroDMX, which runs it to the music without an operator.
• At 29 kg each they need proper rigging — on truss or a stand, or on the floor if they're simply sky-beaming.

Ideal for

• Festivals and outdoor stages
• Building and landmark lighting
• Marquee and garden events
• Winter and Christmas events
