LED video wall hire · East Anglia
Screens built to the size of the room.
Our walls are modular. Every panel is half a metre wide and a metre tall, so the screen is whatever shape and size the space actually needs — not whatever a fixed frame happens to be. Supplied, rigged and operated by us.
Norfolk · Suffolk · Cambridgeshire · Essex. Dry hire or fully crewed.
Weight is panels only — add rigging or ground support. We confirm exact loadings and power on the site plan.
What arrives on the day
A screen is more than panels.
Most of what makes a wall look right happens behind it — processing, scaling, cable management and someone who knows what the content is supposed to do. All of it comes as one line on the quote.
- P3.91 indoor panels — 500 × 1000 mm cabinets, flown or ground-stacked
- Novastar processing — MCTRL R5 sending unit, scaled to your canvas
- Rigging or ground support — truss, wind-up stands, ballast, skirting
- Playback and switching — media server, vision mixing, laptop and camera feeds
- Cable, distro and spares — redundant data run and hot-spare panels on site
- Crew — build, operate, derig. Or dry hire if you have your own team
Common builds
Start from one of these.
Sizes we build most often, and what each one is usually doing. Anything between them is fine too — widths step in half metres, heights in whole metres.
| Screen | Panels (w × h) | Resolution | Typically used for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2.0 × 1.0 m | 4 × 1 (4) | 512 × 256 | Sponsor strip, foyer, small stand |
| 3.0 × 2.0 m | 6 × 2 (12) | 768 × 512 | Awards nights, conferences, wedding backdrops |
| 4.0 × 2.0 m | 8 × 2 (16) | 1024 × 512 | Larger conferences, product launches |
| 5.0 × 3.0 m | 10 × 3 (30) | 1280 × 768 | Festival stages, big rooms, live camera relay |
| 6.0 × 3.0 m | 12 × 3 (36) | 1536 × 768 | Main-stage backdrop, arena-style setups |
| 1.0 × 3.0 m | 2 × 3 (6) | 256 × 768 | Portrait totems — entrances, stage flanks |
Power and weight are confirmed per build. Most walls up to 3 × 2 m run from a single 16 A supply; larger builds need distro, which we bring.
Where our walls end up
Awards and conferences
Slides, showreels, live score graphics and a camera relay so the back of the room sees the same thing as the front.
Weddings
Photo montages during dinner, then a lit backdrop for the first dance. Skirted and cable-managed so it looks intentional, not hired.
Festivals and outdoor stages
Ground-supported or flown behind the band, under cover. Bright enough to hold up in daylight on a shaded stage.
Product launches
Custom canvas sizes for content built to the exact wall, so nothing is letterboxed or stretched to fit.
Exhibition stands
Portrait totems and header strips that read from across a hall, built inside your stand footprint.
Broadcast and filming
3,840 Hz refresh means the wall films clean — no scan lines or flicker rolling through the shot.
Recent build
A 3 × 2 m wall, an 83-slide deck and a 200-cue show script — run live for 400 guests.
For the PCBA 2026 awards at Holiday Inn Peterborough we built the screen, mixed the vision feed and called the show from the deck. Nominee graphics, winner reveals and sponsor stings all cued to the script, with a camera feed cut in for the presentations.

Do you provide someone to run it?
What content format should I supply?
How long does it take to build?
Which areas do you cover?
Next step
