As a guide, the furthest viewer should be no more than about six times the screen height away. For a room with a back row 12 m from the stage, a 2 m tall screen works well.

Can an LED screen be used outdoors?

Yes, under cover — a stage roof, marquee or canopied stand. The panels are not rated for direct rain, so fully exposed open-air positions need a different approach.

Do you provide a technician to operate the screen?

Yes. Most events include a technician who builds the wall, runs content and derigs. Dry hire of the wall and processing is available if your own production team handles playback.

What content format should I supply for an LED wall?

Build content to the wall's native pixel canvas, which we confirm once the size is agreed. MP4 for video, PNG or PDF for stills, PowerPoint or Keynote for slide decks.

Our walls are modular. Every panel is half a metre wide and a metre tall, so the screen is whatever shape and size the space actually needs — not whatever a fixed frame happens to be. Supplied, rigged and operated by us.

Most of what makes a wall look right happens behind it — processing, scaling, cable management and someone who knows what the content is supposed to do. All of it comes as one line on the quote.
